1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Crypto Investigation Bureau (CIB) Firewall service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily use CIB Firewall for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in CIB Firewall
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

CIB Firewall provides web application firewall services including but not limited to:

• SQL injection protection
• Bot detection and management
• DDoS protection
• Spam filtering
• Captcha challenges
• Security logging and analytics

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws
• Properly configuring firewall rules for your specific needs

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

CIB Firewall shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Business interruption
• Security breaches despite firewall protection
• False positives or negatives in threat detection

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CIB Firewall harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
